Ship for Christmas FAQs
How does 'Ship for Christmas' work?
If you select 'Ship for Christmas' at checkout, we'll wait until December 19th to dispatch your order so it'll arrive right before Christmas Day!
Therefore, you don't have to worry about looking after the plants before you gift it!
Will my plants survive until Christmas Day from December 19th?
Yes! Our plants can survive at least 7 days in their box. Many times they've lasted much longer!
But we still suggest that all kits are built as soon as possible once received.
I've accidentally clicked dispatch now, can I change my order to 'Ship for Christmas'?
Yes! Please contact me with your order number and I will change it over for you.
Can you dispatch some of my order today & the rest at Christmas?
Unfortunately not, if you need 2 dispatch dates, you'll need to place separate orders please.
I selected 'Ship for Christmas' but I actually need my order earlier, can I change it?
Yes! Please contact me with your order number & the new date that you'd like the order by.
Can you dispatch my order after December 19th?
Unfortunately not. Everything needs to be in the post by December 20th at the very latest, we've picked December 19th so it gives us an extra day just in case Royal Mail decide not to collect on time (like they did last year!)
We will be closed between Christmas & New Year.
Are all of your products available to 'Ship for Christmas'?
Yes! All shippable products are available.
Gift Vouchers & Workshop Tickets will be sent virtually upon purchase.
I haven't received a dispatch email yet?
You should be receiving a dispatch email on either the 18th or 19th of December. If you have not received one by the 20th. Please contact me as soon as possible.
