If you select 'Ship for Christmas' at checkout, we'll wait until the week before Christmas to dispatch your order so it'll arrive right before Christmas Day!
Therefore, you don't have to worry about looking after the plants before you gift it, we do!

Ship for Christmas FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
You will receive an order packing notice on Friday 18th December. Royal Mail will then collect your parcels first thing on December 19th.
Will my order survive until Christmas day in its box?
Yes! We ask that you keep your boxes away from extreme temperatures (i.e radiators or cold conservatories) to help their longevity.
But we do recommend your order is built as soon as possible once it is gifted.
Does this 100% guarantee my parcel will arrive before Christmas?
Once we hand your parcel over to Royal Mail, the parcel is in their hands. In very few cases, there can still be a risk of delays or lost parcels.
If you experience any delays once the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail, please still reach out and we will try to assist in any way possible.
Can part of my order be shipped now and part shipped for Christmas?
Unfortunately not. If you want some items now and some items before Christmas, we ask that you place 2 different orders with the correct shipping on each order.
I placed a Christmas order but decided I want it now instead, can I change it?
Yes! Please reach out to us via our contact form below or on social media quoting your order number and we will be able to dispatch your order now.
How long will shipping take?
We will use Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. The parcels will be with Royal Mail on December 19th, I will then expect them to be with you around December 22nd.
I've ordered just a Monty the Moss Ball, why has my order shipped early?
Monty is such a hardy little guy, he can survive in his box for much much longer than the plants.
In some cases, we will dispatch your Monty the Moss Ball order a few days earlier than expected to help us with our parcel load on December 18th.
But do not worry, he will still be happy and healthy all the way through to Christmas and beyond.
