Get your hands dirty whilst you’re guided through creating your very own living ecosystem! All materials, plants & tools are provided, all you need is yourself & a steady hand!
Once we’ve finished our terrarium session in the Renu cafe, you’ll join Tom for your contrast therapy session.
“The contrast therapy session will last 45 minutes, during which you have full access to the traditional sauna and cold plunges.
We recommend cycles of 10 - 15 minutes of sauna followed by cold plunge. Tom will be on hand to provide you with breathwork coaching and guidance for the duration of your session.
Changing facilities, showers, and lockers are provided. You will be given a towel to sit on in the sauna, we ask you bring your own towel to dry with after your session.”
